Making A Purchase
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AGREEMENT (hereafter "Terms") governs your use of our web site (hereafter "web site"). It is vitally important that you read the Terms carefully, as your use of the web site will automatically constitute your agreement to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. These Terms also govern your use or purchase of the products/services provided through or in connection with the web site (hereafter "services"). Each time you use our services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not use the web site(s) or the services provided by Company through its web site(s).
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing, Inspired Heating reserve the right to not accept your order. This will only occur in the extremely unlikely event that a mistake has been made on our web site. In this instance, you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We make every effort to ensure that our illustrations and images on our web site are of the current models. However, occasionally design changes are made by the manufacturer without Inspired Heating Solutions Ltd being informed and therefore the delivered product may vary slightly to our image.
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Inspired Heating.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Made To Order Products
Some items on our website are individually made to order, once ordered and confirmed these items can not be cancelled or returned as they are made at the customers request. Please also note, some of our products are finished in either Special Finishes or a specific RAL Colour and if we have included a RAL chart, this is for guidance only. We always recommend requesting a swatch from the maufacturer.
Shipping And Handling
The price quoted is the price you pay on orders over £100 excl vat, this applies to mainland England & Wales, a carriage charge may apply to some parts of Scotland and other extreme postal areas depending on location and the nature of the goods ordered. If an additional carriage applies to your order, we will contact you with details and cost of any additional charge. If you are unhappy with the additional charge, you can cancel the order immediately and we will refund you in full. We will not process any additional charge without your permission.
In order to offer all products at the most competitive price, a small range of radiators incur an additional carriage charge for delivery - these include Ultraheat Compact, Column, Planal, Klon, Linear, Sofi, Tilbrook, Karnak, Sovran, Petit, Trojan, Poplar, Portofino, Windsor, Buckingham, Hampton, Imperium, Kensington and Lanner radiator ranges. This charge is imposed by the manufacturer.
At present we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands.
We can organise delivery to Ireland for some of our ranges including all of the Ultraheat radiators and all smaller sized products. However, there would be an additional carriage charge for delivery to Ireland. We cannot deliver Quinn radiators to Ireland.
Our shopping cart automatically adds a £6.00 small order processing charge. If your total order value exceeds £100 exclusive of VAT, this £6.00 will be deducted at checkout.
Delivery times vary from the next day to usually within 10 days - dependant on the product. All orders should be completed within 30 days. However, a few special order items may be in excess of 30 days and lead times for these product ranges are quoted on our online catalogue for your information. Orders are depatched from a local depot or direct from the manufacturer and we can normally deliver any day Monday to Friday that is convenient for you.
We recommend that you do not arrange a date with your installer until you are in full receipt of your goods and have inspected them for damage or shortages. We do our utmost to deliver goods as quickly as possible, however, we cannot take responsibility for any cost you may incur with your installer.
Signing For Goods
Once the goods arrive with you, please remember to check that you are signing to certify items arrive in perfect condition. If the packaging looks damaged in any way, please open the item and check it whilst the driver is there to check for damage. If the item is damaged you should refuse the item. If you don’t have time to check the parcel, you must sign for the item as ‘UNCHECKED’.
NOTE: Sorry, we will not accept returns for items that have been damaged by the courier and then signed for as in perfect condition, as we cannot claim for these damages. If in doubt ensure you sign for items as ‘UNCHECKED’.
Damages or Missing Items
On arrival, all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage by the customer or agent. Should you find any damage please ask the driver to take the goods back with them.
Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 3 days to notify Inspired Heating of any damage, shortages or incorrect items. If we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time, you agree to indemnify Inspired Heating in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 3 days.
Please note that any Products returned which you claim to be defective will be checked and verified by technicians. Any returned Products that are not found to be defective will be returned to you and we shall charge you for the returned transport costs via your original payment method or hold the Product until full payment has been received by us for the return transport costs.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
(a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
(b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
(c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as above.
PLEASE NOTE: Our suppliers will only make one delivery, If you are not at the delivery address to accept the delivery a charge will be made to deliver a second time. There will be one person per vehicle and for health and safety the driver is only contracted to deliver curbside, delivery inside a customers property is at the drivers discretion. For large and heavy items please ensure there will be adequate assistance in helping the driver unload.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage.
Please do not install your product if it is damaged, or incorrect as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.
If your address is difficult to find or there are any access issues then please advise us when placing your order to minimise any problems encountered during delivery. We always need to be informed if your property can not be reached with a HGV so that we can ensure a suitable vehicle is used.
Our online catalogue displays costs excluding VAT, followed by the cost inclusive of 20% VAT in brackets
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
All of our products come with manufacturers guarantees, extended warranties on some items may be obtained direct from manufacturers.
In the unlikely event that a product is deemed as faulty, manufacturers reserve the right to offer the nearest equivalent product where the original is not available. Liability is limited to the repair or supply of replacement product and does not include costs incurred in effecting a replacement. In no circumstances will we be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever.

Inspired Heating Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Business to Business transactions are not applicable to the following Consumer Returns Policy.
Please make every effort to ensure the goods you order are suitable for your requirements.
To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice by post, email or fax, giving details of goods ordered.
Orders cancelled prior to delivery may still incur a charge due to administration costs and manufacturers restocking charges.
The cost and responsibility of returning goods to the return address shall be borne by you. In the event that we supply the wrong goods or damaged goods to you the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by us.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our suppliers unless we delivered the goods to you in error or they are faulty. In the unlikely event of goods being delivered faulty or damaged these will be collected and exchanged free of charge. Please check goods immediately upon arrival and notify us within three days of delivery.
You (The Consumer) have a fourteen day "cooling off period" after delivery. Goods which are not required can be returned providing they are in their original packing and in a saleable condition. In these circumstances the following terms will apply:
All goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Return of goods is subject to our terms and conditions.
You have a "Duty of Care" for any Goods delivered to You. Duty of Care requires that all Goods delivered to You are returned complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions intact. The original packing must also be returned in reasonable condition. Please refrain from writing anything on the packaging as this will deem that the goods are not in a saleable condition.You will be liable for the total price of any Goods that are returned damaged or incomplete, or that otherwise do not meet the Duty of Care expectation.
Valves that have been supplied free of charge as part of a promotional offer can not be exchanged unless faulty.
Returned goods received in a damaged condition for any reason will not be accepted for restocking.
Special order items will not be accepted for return. Examples of special order products include but are not limited to, radiators in ral colours that are painted to order, sealed electric rails that are filled with heat transfer liquid to order and radiators that have towel bars fitted to order.
All boilers will not be accepted for return as boilers are tested extensively before delivery and due to high retest costs these are not usually accepted back by our suppliers and manufacturers. Please therefore ensure you have selected the correct product for your requirements ie. Heat Only, System or Combi boiler as well as the required output before purchase. If you have any doubts please consult your heating engineer or contact Inspired Heating for advice.
For products that are eligible for return, a restocking charge of between 15% to 33% will apply in all cases but maybe reduced if it is agreed that the return forms part of an exchange for an alternative purchase.
