Please make every effort to ensure the goods you order are suitable for your requirements.
Orders cancelled prior to delivery may still incur a charge due to administration costs and manufacturers restocking charges.
Returning OrdersPLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our suppliers unless we delivered the goods to you in error or they are faulty. In the unlikely event of goods being delivered faulty or damaged these will be collected and exchanged free of charge. Please check goods immediately upon arrival and notify us within three days of delivery.
You have a seven working day "cooling off period " after delivery. Goods which are not required can be returned providing they are in their original packing and in a saleable condition. In these circumstances the following terms will apply:
All goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Return of goods is subject to our terms and conditions.
Returned goods received in a damaged condition for any reason will not be accepted for restocking.
Boilers will not be accepted for return where the packaging has been opened as the boiler would then need returning to the manufacturer for retesting.
A restocking charge of between 15% to 33% will apply in all cases but maybe reduced if it is agreed that the return forms part of an exchange for an alternative purchase.
Special order items will not be accepted for return.
