The Grant Vortex Pro Kitchen/Utility range has been upgraded to enable a number of new programmer options to be used with the appliance. A plug-in programmer (EP Kit) can be installed within the fascia, or alternatively the receiver for Grant’s new wireless RFT Kit can be located within the knockout and the programmer sited conveniently within the building.

The range features the ‘award winning’ unique Grant Vortex stainless steel condensing heat exchanger, and turbulator baffle system. The 15-21 utility model has been designed to fit within a kitchen unit and, due to its reduced width, can be used as a direct replacement for most older oil-fired boilers.

The RFT Kit (twin-channel) programmable room thermostat is the next generation of Grant programmers, which were developed due to the difficulties in changing controls when upgrading home heating with condensing technology. The wireless kit allows easy installation, without the need for chasing wires, saving time and money for both installer and homeowner. The receiver has been developed so that it can be positioned in the control panel on all Grant Vortex Pro boilers and in addition, as the controller is wireless, it can be carried from room to room for convenience.
